IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE REGARDING CONTEST RULES OF DRAFTKINGS
IMPORTANT! PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE CONTEST RULES (hereinafter, "Contest Rules") BEFORE ENTERING THE DROP ZONE AS THESE RULES AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.
CONTEST SCHEDULING
Contests relating to The Drop Zone are subject to run any day that DraftKings’ offers fantasy EPL or UCL contests onsite.
All scheduling remains at the full discretion of DraftKings.
WINNER RESPONSIBILITY
DraftKings Players that win qualifiers into The Drop Zone and the first – seventeenth (1-17) place finishers in each The Drop Zone 20-player contest will automatically be entered in the next The Drop Zone contest via the auto-redemption feature.
It is the sole responsibility of the competitors to find the contest in the ‘My Contest’ section and draft their lineup for the next contest. Under no circumstance will a player receive compensation or an option for a rematch for an undrafted lineup.
No player will be allowed to have multiple entries into the same The Drop Zone 20-player contest. Once a player has accumulated one (1) The Drop Zone entry they are no longer allowed to win entries in The Drop Zone qualifier contests. If a player chooses to play in additional The Drop Zone qualifier contests after they have already won their one (1) entry to The Drop Zone or are concurrently participating in The Drop Zone 20-player contest and they happen to win an additional qualifier, they will receive $0 for their additional entry and the ticket will be awarded to second place.
TIE-BREAKERS
If two or more DraftKings Players tie in a qualifier to The Drop Zone, there will be a tiebreaker to decide who gets to participate in the 20-player contest.
If two or more players tie for 1st – 16th places in The Drop Zone 20-player contest, the tied teams will split the value of their cash prize and advance to the next 20-player contest via ticket.
If two or more players tie for 17st place in The Drop Zone 20-player contest, there will be a tiebreaker to decide who gets to participate in the next 20-player contest.
EFFECT OF CONTEST RULES ON TERMS OF USE
The Terms of Use on the DraftKings Website shall apply to all The Drop Zone related contests and to these Contest Rules, and are hereby incorporated herein by reference. These Contest Rules are intended to be a supplement to the Terms
of Use, and should not be determined to be a substitute or replacement for, or otherwise render inapplicable, the Terms of Use. To the extent any provision of these Contest Rules conflicts with any provision in the Terms of Use, the provision
contained in these Contest Rules shall apply, and the provision contained in these Contest Rules shall be deemed to supersede the conflicting provision contained in the Terms of Use unless otherwise stated herein. In no way other than a
provision of these Contest Rules that explicitly conflicts with a provision in the Terms of Use shall these Contest rules to be deemed to replace or nullify any provision contained in the Terms of Use.
MISCELLANEOUS
DraftKings reserves the right to alter these rules at any time in DraftKings' sole discretion.
DraftKings reserves the right to discontinue the The Drop Zone promotion at any time in DraftKings' sole discretion upon reasonable notice to all players that have accumulated 1 or more The Drop Zone first place finishes.
By participating in any The Drop Zone related contest, the player agrees to be bound by the terms of these Contest Rules, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
